About Linkdout
Aiyyo moments deserve a place to go.
LinkedIn for achievements. Linkdout for everything else. Linkdout is an independent social community for everyday work stories: annoying meetings, difficult transitions, recruiter ghosting, the chaos of AI disruption and the little wins that help us carry on.
What is Polambify?
Polambify is our playful name for sharing a workplace frustration. Inspired by Tamil polambal (lamenting) and the exclamation Aiyyo!, it means letting something out, finding humour where you can, and meeting others who relate.
Our three ingredients
Laugh. Relatable workplace comedy. Vent. Honest experiences without pretending everything is perfect. Support. Useful, kind replies when someone asks for help.
We are starting small and learning in public. The early-access app supports shared stories, comments, reactions and community memberships. Fictional examples are clearly labelled and disappear from the feed when real conversations begin.
